Ordering and delivery

I Just Placed an Order, When Will It Ship?

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

How Long is The Shipping Time?

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We use USPS and UPS for most deliveries. 

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties. and Taxes: Palomai is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The tracking number will active within 24 hours. 

Can I Cancel an Order?

Cancel Order: We can only process cancellations or partial cancellations in exceptional circumstances. Please contact us to find out if your circumstance qualifies for cancellation. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order in time.

Returns

Returns & Refund Policy

Palomai is here to make you happy, so we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If by chance you are not pleased with your product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we can provide either a refund or replacement.

Damages: Palomai is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged. please contact the shipment carrier and file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
