Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@palomai.com. If your return is accepted, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with the return. You will receive an email containing guidance on the procedure and destination for shipping your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged or defective product. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
To expedite your desired outcome, we recommend initiating a return for the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, we advise making a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
